THE VAULT is an exclusive and private wine club and wine storage facility that has opened its doors in February 2022 to all wine lovers and collectors at Hauser Plads 32 - the exact spot where the famous St. Gertruds Kloster restaurant existed for more than 20 years. Our club is much more than just a place to store wine.

Spend time in a luxurious "members only" environment where a top sommelier investigates the background and presents your wine in an interesting and understandable way. We provide you with knowledgeable and friendly service every time.

You can easily order your wines to drink on specific dates with food if desired. We also have our own wine list available if you or your guests want to order extra wine.

Most of our members also use the club for business meetings, because good wine is always a good conversation starter.

Save money by avoiding restaurant prices. Just coming to The Vault once a quarter to drink your wine, instead of a restaurant, will more than cover your membership fee.

Be invited to events every month, such as free champagne nights, producer-sponsored wine tastings and wine education opportunities.

And of course, we store your wine bottles in a place with ideal temperatures and humidity, so you can have full confidence that your wine is well cared for.
We will also have fine wines available from our wine import partners - without the high margins you see in fine restaurants. They can be bought in our cellar, just in case you want to try something new or if one of your guests wants to buy a bottle.
Three levels of membership
At THE VAULT, we have three different membership levels depending on how much wine you might want to store with us - Platinum, Gold and Silver. All three types can benefit from the following.
Securely store your bottles of wine in our wine storage facilities
The bottles are stored in a safe place with ideal temperatures and humidity, so you can have full confidence that your wine is well cared for. Each bottle that you hand over to THE VAULT is given a barcode label and linked to your private wine cellar account. You can access information about your wine online at any time. Among other things, you can check how many bottles you have stored and get a time frame for when to drink your wine.
What does it take to become a member?
To become a member of THE VAULT, simply sign up to store wine at our facilities. Memberships can either be for private individuals or for companies. The price of the membership depends on how many bottles of wine you want to store. Memberships are available for 24, 46 or 72 bottles. You pay a monthly fee based on how many bottles you want to allocate to our care. Monthly fees vary from 600 - 950 (incl. VAT) for individuals, or from 1100 - 1800 (exc..
