THE VAULT is an exclusive and private wine club and wine storage facility that opened its doors in February 2022 to all wine lovers and collectors at Hauser Plads 32 - the exact spot where the famous St. Gertrud's Kloster restaurant existed for more than 20 years. Instead of going to a restaurant or wine bar where the selection of wine can be three to five times the shelf price - you can come to THE VAULT and drink a wine which you have stored safely in our wine vault. The best part is that you can enjoy the wine without any surcharges and you KNOW it will be good!
Want to share one of your special bottle with friends?
You just need to click on the link to the member page, enter the bottle number of YOUR WINE you want to open, book a table for you and your guests and then select, if desired, accompanying food. Everything will be ready when you arrive!.
You get the full attention from one of our certified and knowledgeable - but most importantly - FRIENDLY Sommeliers.
We will also have fine wines available from Les Terroirs du Vin - also without surcharge - which you can buy in our cellar, just in case you want to try something new, or if one of your guests want to buy a bottle.
Three levels of membership
At THE VAULT, we have three different membership levels depending on how much wine you might want to store with us - Platinum, Gold and Silver. All three types can benefit from the following.
Securely store your bottles of wine in our wine storage facilities
The bottles are stored in a safe place with ideal temperatures and humidity, so you can have full confidence that your wine is well cared for. Each bottle that you hand over to THE VAULT is given a barcode label and linked to your private wine cellar account. You can access information about your wine online at any time. Among other things, you can check how many bottles you have stored and get a time frame for when to drink your wine.
What does it take to become a member?
To become a member of THE VAULT, simply sign up to store wine at our facilities. Memberships can either be for private individuals or for companies. The price of the membership depends on how many bottles of wine you want to store. Memberships are available for 24, 46 or 72 bottles. You pay a monthly fee based on how many bottles you want to allocate to our care. Monthly fees vary from 600 - 950 (incl. VAT) for individuals, or from 1100 - 1800 (exc..
